Step 1: Create a SOL wallet.
For those who are new to Coin98 Mobile Wallet, please learn how to create a wallet here.
Note: SOL is required for account creation and transaction fees. Coin98 Wallet will subsidize the account creation and transaction fees.
Step 2: Create a KIN wallet;
Step 2.1: Select Receive on the home screen;
Step 2.2: Search for KIN (Solana SPL) and Select the "+" icon next to KIN;
Step 2.3: Click Create to confirm creating SPL KIN wallet;
Step 2.4: Wait a moment for the contract to be updated, then you will see a SPL KIN wallet appear on the home screen.
If you already have an existing KIN wallet, you can restore it on Coin98 Mobile Wallet by following the steps here. Please only do this after the migration on Dec 8th and using Passphrase.
There are 2 types of KIN token that Coin98 Wallet supports: ERC-20 and SPL. In this guide, we take the SPL KIN wallet as an example. Please make sure you always get the correct address for deposit or send KIN tokens.
SPL KIN will not be transferable until after the Kin migration on December 8
Each SOL wallet will be able to contain one SPL KIN wallet.
The SPL Token wallets will be attached to the SOL wallet containing it. If you restore or delete your SOL wallet, your SPL Token wallet will also be restored or deleted.
